We like the exclusivity of the location and how it’s not crowded. The property is clean and comfortable.

The rooms are a bit small for us. When it was said it’s a suite, i kind of thought it will be spacious enough, but it was juz 2 adjacent regular rooms. I felt like we were lied to on this part. And we didn’t have the view. Also, there’s not a lot of stores to buy pasalubong from.

We love the resort but Boracay is a mess at this time.

I really like the location. Everything was so beautiful. The staff was soo nice and friendly. We get everything we wanted. The pool was big and clean, the breakfast was tasty and our room was really good.

I didnt like that the deposit was so high. I never read it anywhere. We pay 27.000 Peso (500 Euro Kaution) and that is a lot of money. Because we didn´t know that we had some problems at the beginning of our holiday. My husband dont like the smoking area. There were no smooth bottom you cant sit there really good.

Piece of paradise on Barocay

It is an perfect place to relax with your family or loved one. The hotel is very beautiful; own beach without strangers; delicious and hearty breakfasts; friendly staff. The hotel has 3 restaurants and the food is delicious.

Be ready that when you arrive the deposit 2500 pesos per night need to be paid. We paid 30 000 pesos, but they were returned. The WiFi is very slow.

Mövenpick are trying their best to manage a difficult property which is poorly designed in many ways

Good service and nice staff. The transfer and shuttle service is ok considering the challenge of the location. Lovely beach though July August is very windy and rough. Somedays the beach is closed. Nice pools.

The place has been badly renovated. Big gaps under doors, doors that don’t close, taps badly positioned in the bathroom basins. Only one lift for a four floor building. Very poor layout of the main restaurant. Breakfast gets jammed up and poor flow of traffic in the restaurant. The Restaurants at lunch and dinner are below standard. They need to improve. The Kids Centre is rather limited. The paths are slippery and steep in places, so not good for less abled people. We didn’t find any toilet facilities in the ground like near the pool and beach. Part of the poor design. You had to go to the restaurants. Reception is a bit chaotic as large groups jam it up. Some silly restrictions for Happy Hour.

Its not 5 star hotel.

Swimming pool was good. But you have to pay for all gears - life vest etc etc

We asked staffs to pick up luggages as we had kid and big bag, nobody shows up. And there was continuous electric disconnection, elevator was stopped and one kid and mam was locked in elevator more than 10mins and staff was never shows up again, so kid was panicking after locking in elevator. As i am mam also, felt so bad about it. Nobody cares in hotel. Breakfast was so crowded and food was so quickly disappeared. Even spa quality also was not great.

I like the staffing, cleaning and especially securities.

I like the staffing, cleaning and especially securities. Also, I like the free shuttle between station 1 and stations 2. Furthermore, they provide a free round trip transportation from airport to hotel. They have a very good coordination between them especially during the transfer of passengers.

I donot like their restaurant as there was no variety in food. I suggest they change their lunch and dinner into open buffet. Also, there was no variety in breakfast.

The beach, the food and drinks, the room the bathroom were all amazing.

I felt the food and drinks were all over priced. Two occasions in a row we were not booked on to the free shuttle bus. Even though we followed the correct procedures and booked 24 hours ahead and we're told we were booked on.

The resort did not exceed my expectation, very disappointing...

Nice room, great swimming pool and private beach. Nice staff.

Room different than described in the booking. Restaurants constantly running out of food. Hotel not prepared for the big october holiday.

The restaurants specially the Italian one.

The location is far from the center, there is major road construction which makes the ride to station 2 unpleasant. There is no real activites in the resort. There was bad smell in the bathroom. overall it was below my expectation. I booked for an airport pickup but no one show up due to heavy rain and the plane had to move to another airport temperaly but when I called the reception they organized my trip.

Staff are great.

Staff are great. Amazing pool. Location is just right. Not too crowded. Great for privacy. Perfect for family and couples. Nice restaurants too.

There's a foul smell coming from the bathroom. Staff checked it out after I raised the issue but nothing has changed. The smell lasted until we left.

Your front desk people were very professional and helpful and friendly. And spoke very good English. And explained everything to me and my wife.

Maybe add a few more dishes to choose from on room service. Maybe add a pot of coffee that can be delivered to a room. And add maybe another restaurant on the resort.

Everything, the hotel is fantastic, great location, lovely beach that's quiet, incredible swimming pool and the staff we just brilliant. It's the perfect hotel for a great holiday in Borocay.

Overall, we had a good stay.

Comfortable bed. They have activities for kids and even for adults. Love the chocolate hour!

Our rooms smells but we didn’t mind since did not stated at the room the whole day. We requested the staff to check on it, but looks like the smell is coming from the floor drain that’s why it won’t go away.
